Great place for area attractions. We camped out 2 nights with children ages 7-15. The area we were in was not suitable for small children because our tents backed up to several cliffs( long ways down cliffs). The bathrooms were very old compared to other sites we have been to. One really great thing about this place was the very large, very clean swimming pool with the dual diving boards, the kids loved it. The even had a free night swim for patrons of the campgrounds. Many many things to do in the area. We did a rafting trip to the base of the falls that was well worth the price paid! All in all it is a campground not a hotel! Would I visit again absolutely! I must say 1 thing that freaked me out was all the BLACK BEAR WARNINGS, which we did not see any of. Also the SNAKE Warnings. There was a picture of a Diamondback Rattlesnake that someone caught. So you can say it has plenty of wildlife, we did see deer and had raccoons at the campsite. But overall was well worth the trip. It did have water and electric hookups, but the tent sites were very small. Not alot of room per site so get 2 if you like alot of room.

Camped here for a week and a half and really enjoyed it. There are so many things to do, such as hiking, rafting (don't wear good shoes, horseback riding, interacting with animals brought in by the campground, daily activities for all age kids and adults etc....... The falls offer lots of photographic photos. The only watch out is if you raft the water will make your shoes and some clothes smell REALLY bad (Cumberland funk)so you have to throw the shoes away at least we had to.
